Hanne her works are about her fascination with paradoxes. She aimed to design a piece that seemed to represent one thing but actually conveyed the opposite. This idea grew from her realization that appearances can often be deceiving. The paradox in her work lies in the materials she chose: plastic, which is cheap and easy to work with, contrasted with marble, which is precious and difficult to handle. By merging these opposing materials into a familiar design, Hanne brought to life an idea so absurd that she simply had to create it.
